Twilio Trial Account — Messages May Not Deliver
Your Twilio account is in Trial mode. SMS messages can only be delivered to numbers you have verified. Messages to unverified numbers are silently dropped — the recipient never receives them.
To fix this: Add verified numbers in Twilio Console — or upgrade your Twilio account to a paid plan to remove this restriction.
